Food Hubs
Fresh produce prices are facilitated in three (3) separate hubs namely: Fruit Hub, Potato & Onion Hub and Vegetable Hub where a quick assessment of supply and demand for each product can be made, i.e. the amount of produce available for sale and how much a market buyer is prepared to purchase. A buyer can, therefore, conveniently see and compare the products available at the Market each day.
